Policy Statement
Education Agents acting on behalf of the PGA IGI are required to provide a high standards of service and information to overseas students. The PGA IGI will take reasonable measures to use education agents that have an appropriate knowledge and understanding of the Australian international education industry. We do not use education agents who are dishonest or lack integrity, or who have had negative reports issued publicly or privately through our due diligence process.

Conduct of Our Education Agents
If you have concerns about the actions or conduct of your International Education Agent please notify the PGA IGI as soon as practical, you may approach the State Registration Authority for CRICOS. In Queensland this is the Department of Education and Training (DET). The Director-General of DET has the power to suspend or cancel the provider’s registration or a course if a breach of the requirements of registration provision is proved.
